Flashback Friday. That has to be a thing, right? 🤔I was reminded of this wonderful gem of a song while watching “This Is Us” The keyboard loop gets me every time, such a hauntingly beautiful quality to it. One of Lauper’s best. Have a great weekend from Cyndil, the 80s, and me, myself and Tucker 💕

    I googled a bit, cos I thought I recognised the song from a hit, but not Cyndi, and came up with this song by Freiheit – Keeping the Dream Alive, definitely the song I remember – weird! Cos I never heard of the Cyndi hit, and I don't remember the name Freiheit, but I remember it getting airplay back then!
